Jeremy Ben-David is a licensed Realtor and Attorney with an extensive background in real estate law, capital markets & financial analysis. Jeremy offers his clients nearly a decade of real estate law practice and a complete understanding of the financial models of real estate. Jeremy is a dealmaker with transaction experience and a vast knowledge of the local real estate market.
Jeremy has worked as an acquisitions and asset management for a local commercial real estate investment groups, practiced law for a well respected and recognized Miami-based law firm, and was Corporate Counsel for a Miami-based hedge fund. Jeremy provides a complete understanding of most real estate transactions ranging from residential closings to complex commercial deals and loan sales, acquisitions and investments. Jeremy has successfully closed over $500 million in real estate transactions.
In addition to his professional experience, Jeremy is an active player in the professional community and in volunteer organizations. He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, is an active member of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, and is a committee member for Jewish Volunteer Services, as well as for The Tribe Make a Difference Project Committee. Jeremy also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Studentmentor.org.
Jeremy obtained his B.A. from the University of Michigan, with honors, in 2001 and graduated from the University of Miami School of Law, cum laude, with a J.D. in law in 2006.
