Professional biography of commercial real estate agent Kevin Albert Krueger:
Kevin Albert’s previous career founding and managing Boston’s SupahFans Streetwear trained him for the diverse experience that South Florida’s small businesses face to meet operational and financial requirements. His patience, problem-solving and negotiating skills position Rise clients to receive an empathetic and entrepreneurial partner to achieve their best workspace contracts.
Kevin received his bachelor’s degree from Boston College, a top 40 academic university and his masters in business administration from Babson College, perennially ranked #1 in Entrepreneurship. Coincidentally, Krueger’s alma mater Babson just opened its small MBA Campus right in Brickell to serve 50 masters candidates residing in South Florida. If you or your friends are interested in advancing your academic and professional career, reach out directly to schedule a Babson Miami campus tour with Kevin as Rise Realty’s office is directly across the street from the school. As Boston College is a national sports powerhouse, Krueger organizes many of our Miami alumni chapter’s basketball, baseball or football game watches.
Interests & Hobbies:
As a new charity runner in 2017 Kevin’s family, friends and business network fundraised $7,500 for The Heather Abbott Foundation which buys high tech prosthetic limbs for civilian amputees. His Team-Limb-it-Less is recruiting 10 South Florida charity runners for local 10Ks, Half-Marathons + the Miami Marathon. Furthering his amateur sports interests, Krueger rehabbed a long-injured shoulder to pitch Baseball Sundays in Overtown for Major League Tattoos; yes a team of grown men not sponsored by a bar but a tattoo parlor in Hialeah. South Florida’s year-round weather encourages open-water ocean or pool swimming, flag football at Flamingo Park and Golf at Miami Beach Golf Club. Lastly, Florida’s tropical climate inspired Kevin to get back to gardening healthy vegetables at South Beach Victory Gardens, a community of 75 gardeners with 50 urban garden plots. Victory Gardens started on Miami Beach during World War II when America’s food rationing limited grocery resources and citizens teamed with soldiers training our beaches to build a self-sustainable source of fresh vegetables. Krueger believes that many of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties’ developer landlord’s sitting on blighted vacant land could activate our communities as well as their land’s marketing by beautifying their plot on short-term low/no-cost goodwill leases to urban gardeners.
